I was a bit reluctant but I tried it and I notice that my cervical spine and C4-C5 hernia are more relaxed. It should be like a regular pillow but bigger because it's like a small cushion!! That's why I have to remove and put my big pillow for this small pillow!! That's why I say big pillow!! I really like it and it's clear that it really helps to rest.
