## Refund Policy

 

**How to start a return**

Email ewanweirbusiness@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return (optional — it helps us improve). We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Product must not be used and returned in condition it arrived in.

**Refunds**

Once your return is received, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's processed. Outbound shipping we paid is included in the refund for UK orders.

**Faulty or damaged items**

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement or full refund straight away, no return needed in most cases.
